Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Strong experience in raw material and packaging procurement.
• Strong skills in strategic sourcing, supplier management and negotiation.
• English proficiency required.
• Experience with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's procurement and sourcing strategy,
• Manage procurement activities for raw materials, packaging and technical requirements,
• Identify, evaluate and develop domestic and international suppliers,
• Lead price, contract and commercial negotiations,
• Manage supplier performance and supply risks,
• Develop and implement cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives,
• Work closely with Production, Planning, Finance, Quality and Technical teams,
• Monitor procurement KPIs,
• Lead and develop the procurement team.
