Job summary

Hepsiburada is seeking an experienced Senior IT Procurement professional to lead end-to-end IT procurement initiatives. The role requires deep experience in software licensing, hardware, cloud services, and IT outsourcing, along with strong contract management and strategic sourcing skills.

You will negotiate terms, manage suppliers, and optimize TCO while collaborating with Technology, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams. Excellent English communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus MBA or equivalent master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 6+ years experience in procurement processes, strong IT procurement experience.
• Experience in IT procurement categories, including software licensing models, subscription agreements, and support/maintenance renewals, hardware, cloud services, licensing, maintenance/support, and IT outsourcing.
• Experience in contract management and commercial negotiations, including SLAs, payment terms, penalties, liability, and termination conditions.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, tender management, supplier selection, and supplier performance management.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a focus on cost optimization and commercial value.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work closely with Technology, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and business teams.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
• Excellent presentation, reporting, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong team player.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage different sub-categories within IT procurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the department budget in line with the Company’s annual financial targets.
• Develop and improve procurement policies, procedures, processes, and workflows.
• Manage end-to-end IT procurement processes, including demand analysis, sourcing, tendering, negotiation, contracting, and supplier management.
• Lead commercial negotiations for software, hardware, cloud services, licensing, maintenance/support, and IT outsourcing.
• Conduct market research, identify and evaluate suppliers, and manage RFQ/RFP, tender, and supplier selection processes.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms, including pricing, payment terms, SLAs, penalties, and termination conditions.
• Analyze pricing models, licensing structures, and total cost of ownership (TCO) to identify cost-saving and optimization opportunities.
• Manage contract renewals and monitor supplier performance, SLAs, and commercial commitments.
• Work closely with Technology, Finance and business teams throughout the procurement process.
• Monitor procurement KPIs, savings, and prepare relevant management reports.
• Process purchase requisitions and orders within purchasing authority.
• Support continuous improvement and digitalization of procurement and contract management processes.
