Job summary

Hepsiburada’da sözleşme yönetimi ve satın alma süreçlerini koordine eden kıdemli bir pozisyon için başvuru yapıyoruz. Sözleşme taslaklarının hazırlanması, incelemesi, onay süreçleri ve arşivlenmesi bu rolün temel sorumluluklarındandır.

İleri sunum becerisi ve analitik yetkinliklerle desteklenen bu rol, hukuk, finans ve iş birimleriyle yakın çalışmayı gerektirir. Türkiye’de ofis odaklı çalışmayı gerektiren bir pozisyondur ve tedarik süreçlerinin iyileştirilmesinde aktif rol alınacaktır.

Qualifications

• İlgili alanda 7+ yıl contract management ve tedarik yönetimi tecrübesi.
• İleri düzeyde sunum hazırlama ve üst yönetime raporlama tecrübesi.
• Sözleşme hukuku ve sözleşme taslağı prensiplerine hâkimiyet.

Responsibilities

• Sözleşme yönetimi sürecini başlatmaktan imzalama ve arşivlemeye kadar tüm yaşam döngüsünü yönetmek.
• Satın alma tarafından sağlanan ticari şartlara uygun sözleşmeleri hazırlamak.
• İlgili paydaşlarla (hukuk, finans, iş birimi, tedarikçi) onay süreçlerini koordine etmek ve gerekirse sözleşmede değişiklikler yapmak.
• SLA zaman çizelgelerine uyumu izlemek ve gerektiğinde düzeltici adımlar atmak.
• Sözleşme süreçlerini sürekli iyileştirmek için öneriler geliştirmek ve standart sözleşme formlarını hazırlamak.

Our Requirements:

1. Higher education (Law or Economics preferred),
2. 7+ years of experience in contract management and procurement management,
3. Advanced skills in preparing presentations and delivering them to top management at a global level,
4. Advanced analytical skills , friend with numbers , data and excel tables ,
5. Knowledge of contract law and contract drafting principles,
6. Understanding of procurement processes
7. Fluent in both written and verbal English,
8. Experience with document management and primary accounting documentation,
9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy,
10. Good communication and coordination skills,
11. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and independently organize your workflow.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Contract Management process, the full contract lifecycle: drafting, review, approval, signing, and achieving,
2. Prepare contracts based on agreed commercial terms provided by procurement,
3. Coordinate contract approval with all stakeholders (legal, finance, business, vendor). Make appropriate amendments to the contract and take measures to resolve any disagreements under the contract;
4. Monitor and ensure compliance with SLA timelines for contract processing,
5. Support contract execution phase and resolve issues (delivery of goods/performance of work/provision of services),
6. Maintain accurate and complete contract documentation and document storage,
7. Ensure proper document flow within procurement and contract management processes,
8. Communicate with internal teams and external partners on contract-related matters,
9. Participate in continuous improvement of contract management processes,
10. Develop draft standard forms of contracts and agreements for purchasing goods, works and services.
