Job summary

QNB Sigorta is seeking a Process Optimization Specialist to analyze and improve end-to-end business processes across the organization, working closely with IT, Operations and other units to turn insights into practical improvements.

The role involves capturing AS-IS and TO-BE designs, identifying bottlenecks, and driving standardization and documentation while ensuring data-driven performance management and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process management, project management or related areas.
• Experience in analyzing and improving end-to-end business processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end analysis of operational processes and document AS-IS structures.
• Design TO-BE processes in collaboration with relevant units.
• Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Develop improvement recommendations and support implementation.
• Prepare process documentation, flow diagrams and standards.
• Define, monitor and analyze KPIs and report on performance.
