Job summary

Toyota Otomotiv Sanayi Türkiye A.Ş. (TMMT) is seeking graduates to join the Production Division through the New Graduate Development Programme.

The role focuses on Process Development aligned with Toyota's policies and production plans, with responsibilities to analyze processes and implement method and equipment changes. The candidate will drive KPI reporting within the team, manage engineering changes, and follow new vehicle and material projects from launch to reporting.

Qualifications

• University degree in a related field, preferably Mechanical, Mechatronic or Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical, Electronics or other related disciplines.
• Willing to be developed in Toyota Production System and Equipment Design & Manufacturing.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy.
• Excellent command of English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Preferable to be capable of design & analysis tools (e.g. Catia, Solidworks, Ansys).
• Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
• No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey.
• No restriction to travel in and out of Turkey.
• Willing to live in Kocaeli and Sakarya.

Responsibilities

• Main responsibility area will be Process Development inline with Toyota's short to mid term business policies & production plan.
• Analyze production processes and identify improvement requirements in line with Toyota Production System.
• Plan & implement necessary method and equipment changes in line with Toyota Business Practices.
• Design, manufacturing and commissioning of new equipment
• Drive communication and report progress and result KPI's within the team and management.
• Manage the engineering changes in design, material and methods related with the descriptions above
• New vehicle & new material projects follow up, launch & reporting
