Job summary

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Türkiye launches an 18-month Graduate Development Programme (GDP) designed to develop engineers and social science graduates with core Toyota standards through structured training and on-the-job practice.

Selected graduates will gain exposure across Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, Production Control, and related functions, with mentorship and personalized development plans to accelerate future leadership.

Qualifications

• University degree (BS/MS) in engineering or social science.
• Excellent communication skills and able to work in a team environment.
• Willing to learn Toyota methods and philosophy.
• Excellent command of English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
• No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey.
• Willing to live in İzmit or Adapazarı.

Responsibilities

• Supporting operational and strategic workflows across Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, Production Control, and related support functions.
• Executing, enhancing, and monitoring processes in line with Toyota standards across Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain Management domains.
