Job summary

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Türkiye is seeking engineering students for a hands-on internship at our Adapazarı factory. You will support production and engineering processes, collaborate with project teams, and develop technical solutions.

Responsibilities include conducting engineering analyses, preparing reports, delivering presentations, and proposing improvements. The program includes training, development opportunities, and accommodation and transportation during the internship.

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th-year engineering undergraduates.
• Available to work at the factory at least 2 days per week.
• Good command of English (written and verbal).
• Strong teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Open to innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Toyota’s production and engineering processes.
• Working with teams on existing projects and developing technical solutions.
• Conducting engineering analyses, preparing reports, and delivering presentations.
• Taking an active role in process improvements by proposing new ideas.
