Job summary

Gratis, Türkiye’s leading personal care retail brand, is seeking a strategic Private Label Brand Manager to drive growth across its product ranges. You will oversee supplier search, range development, stock control, pricing strategy, and competitive analysis to strengthen market share and profitability.

In this senior role, you will forecast sales, analyze customer needs, and track brand performance across multiple categories.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in the field.
Experience in Retail, Category Management, Marketing, Purchasing, Product Management and Brand Management.
High analytical competence; results-oriented and detailed; team player.

Responsibilities

To effectively manage the Private Label brands that it is responsible for, to increase its share both in the product range and in the company turnover.
To list and delist products according to category needs.
To develop the product range under the brand.
To search and find suppliers of products belonging to managed categories or suitable for needs, to manage the interview process.
To ensure the availability of all product types in stores, to determine and control stock levels.
To position the product margin and final prices according to similar competing products in the market and in the store, to make competitor analysis.
To make a sales forecast.
Analyzing customer demands, needs of potential and existing customers.
Analyze product sales under the brand.
Researching new trends and products on the market.
