EPAM Systems seeks a Principal System Architect to lead design, presales, and delivery of enterprise-scale Microsoft and Azure solutions. You will bridge business objectives and technical execution, partnering with enterprise clients to drive digital transformation and guide engineering teams.

You will lead architecture discussions with senior stakeholders, architect transformative cloud solutions, and oversee complex deployments with a focus on reliability and value creation.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Azure and Microsoft platform across modernization, data/AI workloads.
• Experience leading architecture discussions with senior stakeholders and clients.
• Presales leadership including scoping engagements and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales with Sales and Delivery teams for complex engagements.
• Architect large-scale Microsoft and Azure solutions across infrastructure, apps, data/AI.
• Translate technical concepts into business value for C-level executives.
• Act as the primary technical authority on major deployments, manage risks.
