Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a System Architect to design secure AI-powered workplace solutions leveraging Microsoft 365, Copilot and Modern Endpoint technologies. You will lead design sessions, guide engineering teams, and contribute to Microsoft Competency Center initiatives.

The role focuses on governance, security, and architecture alignment with Microsoft cloud standards, while mentoring engineers and sharing best practices across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Software Architect (minimum 1 year).
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture and related capabilities (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams).
• Proficiency with Intune, Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Experience with Entra ID including hybrid identity, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, Identity Governance.

Responsibilities

• Design secure AI-powered workplace solutions using Microsoft 365, Copilot and Modern Endpoint.
• Analyze customer requirements and map them to Microsoft Modern Work, Security and AI capabilities.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses with architecture justification and effort estimates.
• Lead design sessions and guide engineering teams on feasibility, security, and scalability.
• Assess Copilot readiness and governance for enterprise agents.
