Eclit is a leading IT services company delivering managed services across Turkey. We seek a presales professional with cloud, virtualization and backup expertise to identify opportunities and craft effective solutions.

You will join a dynamic team, drive technical responses, and collaborate with sales to win new business. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in presales, strong communication, and a customer‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
At least 5 years of presales experience.
Experience with cloud, virtualization, backup and business continuity solutions.
Knowledgeable about Veeam, Zerto, VMware and DevOps solutions.
Basic networking knowledge.
Active participation in customer meetings with sales teams.
Strong communication and ability to analyze customer needs.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset.
Willing to follow new technologies and self-develop.
Team player with coordination skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers through sales teams to identify managed service and cloud opportunities.
Provide technical support to sales teams.
Analyze customer needs accurately and develop suitable solutions.
Review and respond to customer RFI/RFP documents.
Follow new technologies and contribute to the development of new services.
Conduct research on competitive products in line with the company vision.
Manage the proposal process in line with the developed solutions.
