Ricoh Turkey is seeking a technically skilled professional to install, deploy and support Ricoh software solutions across customer environments. You will work from pre-sales to deployment, ensuring solutions meet defined requirements and project plans.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 3–4 years in IT solutions, Linux knowledge, strong communication and English proficiency, and a valid driving licence. You will join a global, people-first culture that values growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or IT field.
• 3–4 years of experience in IT solutions or technical consulting.
• Knowledge of Linux-based operating systems and server environments.
• Experience analyzing customer requirements and delivering solutions.
• Strong project management with a customer-focused approach.
• Familiar with document management, content management, workflow automation, or print management.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Valid Category B driving licence and driving experience.

Responsabilités

• Install, deploy, and support Ricoh software per project plans.
• Support pre-sales POC activities.
• Review SOWs for accuracy and feasibility and assist with implementation.
• Deliver installation, configuration, and customization services.
• Participate in project and planning meetings with customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of products; attend trainings.
• Participate in customer sales meetings, providing technical expertise.
• Manage the project lifecycle from sale to deployment.
