Job summary

ING Hubs Turkiye seeks an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of critical investment platforms. You will own production systems, manage incidents, and drive automation and improvements in a fast-paced investment environment.

Join a collaborative team focused on operational excellence, with strong emphasis on monitoring, IaC, and on-call readiness to support global projects from Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SRE/DevOps/Production Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems.
• Hands-on scripting with Bash and/or Python.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, e.g., Azure Pipelines.
• On-call rotations and incident management experience.
• Root cause analysis and post-mortems.
• Automation and infrastructure as code principles.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of production systems and incidents.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements.
• Automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and reliability practices.
• Contribute to platform standardization and simplification.
• Support production deployments, including off-hours activities.
