Job summary

ING Hubs Turkiye seeks an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of critical investment platforms. You will own production systems, manage incidents, and drive automation and improvements in a fast-paced investment environment.

Join a collaborative team focused on operational excellence, with strong emphasis on monitoring, IaC, and on-call readiness to support global projects from Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SRE/DevOps/Production Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems.
• Hands-on scripting with Bash and/or Python.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, e.g., Azure Pipelines.
• On-call rotations and incident management experience.
• Root cause analysis and post-mortems.
• Automation and infrastructure as code principles.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Role summary

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of critical investment systems. You’ll work hands-on with production environments, focusing on incident management, automation, and continuous improvement.

This is a role where engineering meets operations—ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of production systems and making them better every day.

About the team

You will be part of an investment-focused environment, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain and improve critical platforms. The team values collaboration, ownership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong focus on operational excellence and system stability.

About you

You are someone who takes reliability personally. You enjoy diving deep into systems, understanding how they behave, and continuously improving them.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role (SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering)
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems
• Hands-on experience with scripting (Bash and/or Python)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure Pipelines or similar)
• Proven experience in:
• On-call rotations
• Incident management and response
• Root cause analysis and post-mortems
• Familiarity with automation and infrastructure as code principles
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• Experience with ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
• Knowledge of Ansible
• Exposure to observability and monitoring tools
• Understanding of vulnerability management
