Job summary

Georg Fischer in Turkey seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily plastic injection production operations, ensuring smooth manufacturing activities and alignment with production plans, quality standards, and customer requirements.

You will drive productivity, monitor KPIs such as OEE and cycle times, lead blue-collar teams, ensure H&S and QMS compliance, and contribute to Lean and continuous improvement initiatives. Regular performance reporting to management is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plastic injection production operations and ensure smooth execution of manufacturing activities.
• Ensure production targets are met in line with production plans, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Drive productivity and efficiency improvement initiatives across production processes.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, cycle times, machine utilization, downtime, and scrap rates, taking corrective actions where necessary.
• Coordinate and optimize mold change operations and support continuous improvement projects.
• Lead, coach, and develop blue-collar teams while ensuring effective workforce management.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and Quality Management System requirements.
• Actively contribute to Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly production performance reports to management.
