Job summary

Eaton in Turkey seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and stabilize resin injection and CNC machining processes. You will lead process capability, cycle time reduction, and quality improvements while collaborating with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.

The role requires strong problem solving, Lean Six Sigma expertise, PFMEA/Control Plans knowledge, and experience with copper or thermoforming applications will be a plus. on-site position.

Qualifications

• Experience in injection molding and/or CNC machining environments.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies including Lean and Six Sigma.
• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC and process validation.
• Root cause analysis using structured methods like 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize, improve, and standardize manufacturing processes.
• Lead lean initiatives to reduce waste and cycle times.
• Manage change control and validate process changes before implementation.
• Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance to improve reliability and quality.
