Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the machine and its components to ensure efficiency and quality, and support experts during troubleshooting when required.
• Perform color changes, adjust blow pins, clean the mixer, and conduct weekly/monthly maintenance.
• Know and set machine process parameters, and perform recipe setup and changes.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials and post-production materials.
• Perform product checks using measuring instruments, follow the control plan, and record results.
• Assist technical staff in resolving minor issues affecting product quality and production.
• Act as Deputy Shift Supervisor when required.
