Job summary

Marsa seeks a Technical Manager to lead maintenance, utilities, and engineering across its Adana plant, the largest factory on a single site in Türkiye. You will drive maintenance programs, optimize uptime, and coordinate mechanical, electrical, automation, and utility teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management, utilities, technical operations, and project management.
• Experience in food industry, FMCG, edible oils or process industries preferred.
• Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Proficiency in budget management and capital investment projects.
• English proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all technical maintenance, utilities, and engineering activities across the plant.
• Ensure production lines operate at maximum efficiency with minimal downtime.
• Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, automation, and utility teams for seamless operations.
• Plan energy management initiatives, maintenance budgets, and technical investments.
• Conduct failure analyses and root cause investigations; implement corrective actions.
• Manage new investments, capacity expansion, and modernization projects.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, OH&S standards.
• Support procurement and supervise suppliers and contractors.
• Prepare and monitor departmental budgets; drive efficiency improvements.
• Lead and develop team performance and workforce planning.
