Job summary

Eaton Ankara sites (Temelli and Sincan) seek a Maintenance Engineer responsible for maintenance and facilities, leading maintenance personnel, planning work, and driving safety and reliability improvements across operations.

This role focuses on preventive, predictive maintenance, TPM, energy tracking, and cost control, coordinating with production and contractors to ensure equipment availability and alignment with budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master degree from Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechatronics.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and facilities activities for Ankara Sincan sites, including daily operations and improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies, Life Saving Rules, LOTO, machine guarding and arc-flash requirements, supporting a Zero Incident Safety Culture.
• Direct, train and develop maintenance personnel; plan work, review performance, strengthen engagement and coordinate required resources.
• Develop, implement and audit preventive, productive and predictive maintenance programs, including IR, ultrasound, vibration and lubrication analysis.
• Improve equipment reliability and availability through PDCA, structured troubleshooting and close coordination with production planning and supervisors.
• Lead continuous improvement activities that enhance safety, quality, productivity, equipment performance and operational efficiency.
• Manage maintenance spending, contractor selection, service procurement and resource allocation in line with budget and cost-control targets.
• Develop spare-parts and asset lifecycle strategies covering stocking, repair, capital equipment, obsolete assets, records and disposals.
• Support OPEX and capital planning, manage energy tracking and cost-reduction systems, and coordinate stakeholders and contractors to complete commitments.
