Job summary

ODE Yalıtım is seeking an experienced executive to lead Çorlu plant operations, focusing on production performance, maintenance and investment management across multiple facilities. The role emphasizes cost efficiency, quality adherence and delivery targets within ISO and related standards.

The position requires strategic oversight, strong leadership and deep knowledge of manufacturing systems, with a track record of driving improvements and managing large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical and Industrial Engineering, preferably Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in production, maintenance and investment management.
• Proven ability to operate with authority matrix; capable of deciding production stoppage and allocating resources; input on investment and project approvals.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, ERP and MRP systems; hands‑on experience in MES, SCADA or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical operations strategies, investment plans and maintenance policies in line with company objectives.
• Plan and execute capacity expansion, technology renewal and digitalization investments across all plants.
• Manage projects to improve production efficiency, energy savings and quality standards.
• Evaluate feasibility for new machinery investments; coordinate procurement, installation and commissioning.
• Ensure production targets in quality, cost, volume and delivery; coordinate with supply chain.
