Job summary

Haier Europe Turkey is seeking an Industrial Plant Controller to join the Eskişehir site. You will manage month-end closings, prepare forecasts and budgets for manufacturing costs, and partner with plant functions as well as HQ teams.

The role includes cost deployment, investment tracking, and ensuring compliance with group standards across financial reporting. The ideal candidate has a degree in business or engineering, 3+ years in cost/financial controlling, IFRS experience, and SAP

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years in Cost Controlling or Financial Controlling.
• Familiar with IFRS reporting rules.
• SAP knowledge.
• Team Player with strong communication & collaboration skills with other departments.

The position is located in Eskişehir.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing month end closing and reporting activities of the plant.
• Forecasting / Budget preparation and reporting of Manufacturing cost.
• Business partner role for functions within plant, and headquarters (HQE/HQD).
• Cost Deployment and support of management team on potential cost down opportunities.
• Tracking of CPU evolution by product category.
• Financial responsible on Make/Buy projects.
• Tracking of new investment realization and depreciation postings vs budget.
• Oversee full compliant behavior within the operation and financial reporting processes in respect to Groups Standards and Policies.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering
• Experience in Finance, preferably in production company
• Familiar with IFRS reporting rules.
• SAP knowledge .
• Team Player and strong communication & collaboration skills with other departments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Controlling / Financial Controlling.
