Job summary

Nobel Ilac A.S is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to safeguard the reliability of production equipment and ensure regulatory compliance. The role focuses on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and optimization of electrical, electronic, and automation systems within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Based in Düzce, the candidate will implement CAPAs, maintain SAP data, and support energy-efficiency initiatives while adhering to GMP and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of SAP PM and QMEX.
• Proficiency in PLC (Operational Technology) applications.
• Knowledge of computerized manufacturing/production monitoring systems.
• Experience in LV and MV maintenance activities.
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID drawings.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 50001.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Willing to live in Düzce.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic and automation failures in factory infrastructure and machinery.
• Conduct root cause analyses of recurring breakdowns and implement CAPA.
• Ensure efficient operation of electrical, electronic and automation systems across the factory.
• Participate in annual and preventive maintenance activities.
• Perform risk and needs analyses for electrical infrastructure of new machinery during installation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, OHS, and Environmental regulations.
• Develop and update maintenance plans and SOPs for the department.
• Contribute to energy-saving and energy-efficiency projects.
• Maintain SAP maintenance master data, manage stock levels for machinery.
