Job summary

Maersk seeks a People Partner for the East Mediterranean Area, based in Istanbul, with 5 days in the office. You will coach leaders, shape the people strategy, and guide HR policy and labor-law compliance across a diverse portfolio.

Collaborating with a broad set of HR teams, you will drive performance, compensation, succession, and talent development, while promoting inclusion and workforce mobility in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of HR generalist experience with deep understanding of HR fundamentals.
• Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, compensation, development, and employee relations.
• Advanced knowledge of local labor law; experience in unionized environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to execute the people strategy and support business objectives.
• Advise on HR policies, labor laws, and organizational challenges.
• Lead local delivery of key people processes: performance, compensation, succession, and development.
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure effective delivery of services.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and compliance with policies.
