At Teknasyon Venture Os, we're looking for a People Experience Intern who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and excited to gain hands-on experience across different People Experience functions.

In this role, you will primarily support Personnel Affairs and Operations processes while also contributing to recruitment, onboarding, employee experience, learning & development, and various People Experience projects.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Supporting personnel affairs and employee documentation processes.
• Assisting with employee file management and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Helping maintain People Experience databases, reports, and documentation.
• Assisting with employee benefit and administrative processes.
• Supporting recruitment activities, including candidate communication and interview coordination.
• Contributing to employee engagement, learning, and culture initiatives.
• Assisting with People Experience reporting, data tracking, and process improvement projects.
• Collaborating with different teams to support day-to-day People Experience operations.Gaining exposure to various People Experience functions and projects.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Studying Information and Document Management, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields.
• Available to work at least 3 days per week.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Eager to learn and develop a career in Human Resources.
• Responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Interest in HR Operations, Personnel Affairs, and People processes.
