PlusMinusOne is seeking a Senior People & Culture Partner to shape our global people strategy. You will own recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, and workplace operations in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
• 7+ years of HR, People & Culture, or People Operations experience.
• Experience in tech companies, startups, or fast-paced environments preferred.
• Hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, HR operations, payroll coordination, and admin.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes; partner with hiring managers to attract talent.

We have been building mobile products focused on Business, Photo & Video, and Education categories in the App Store mainly for the US market since 2016. And in each of these categories,our goal is the same:provide actual value to people with the best mobile user experience.

We’re in an exciting period of growth and are looking for an exceptional Senior People & Culture Partner who will help us shape the future of mobile.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, or People Operations.
• Previous experience in technology companies, startups, or other fast-paced environments is highly preferred.
• Solid hands-on experience across recruitment, employee experience, performance management, HR operations, payroll coordination, and administrative affairs.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR compliance.
• Experience managing office operations and administrative processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Your responsibilities will be:

As our Senior People & Culture Partner, you'll own a broad range of responsibilities across People & Culture, HR Operations, Payroll, and Workplace Management.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and partner with hiring managers to attract and hire exceptional talent.
• Improve and manage onboarding and offboarding experiences.
• Drive performance management, feedback, career development, and talent management initiatives.
• Develop and execute employee engagement, culture, and retention programs.
• Identify learning and development needs and coordinate training initiatives.
• Support organizational development and change management projects.
• Analyze People metrics and provide insights to leadership for data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including personnel administration, leave management, and employee documentation, while supporting and guiding the People & Culture team member.
• Coordinate payroll processes with external payroll providers and ensure accurate and timely execution.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and HR-related legal matters.
• Continuously improve HR policies, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Lead and oversee the Administrative Affairs team, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day office operations.
• Guide and follow up on vendor management, procurement, contracts, workplace budgets, and administrative processes.
• Oversee workplace facilities, occupational health & safety, and office services in collaboration with the Administrative Affairs team.
• Lead the planning of company events, internal activities, and employee engagement initiatives, coordinating execution with the People & Culture and Administrative Affairs teams.
