Responsibilities

• Greets, instructs, directs and schedules patients and visitors.
• Retrieves insurance and patient information and secures signatures.
• Enters patient information into the computer and handles calls and appointments.
• Monitors physician schedules and assists with office communications.
• Answers questions on insurance, benefits and referrals as needed.
