Job summary

Dr. Semih Yıldız Clinic in Fatih, Istanbul seeks an International Patient Coordinator to manage patient records, scheduling, and communications throughout visits and procedures. You will support the clinical team and ensure smooth patient flow.

The role requires strong English, Turkish proficiency, excellent communication, and teamwork; familiarity with basic computer tools and patient care processes is a plus. You will welcome patients and assist them during their clinic visits.

Qualifications

• English proficiency (good to advanced), both written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience; healthcare, medical aesthetics, or plastic surgery experience preferred.
• Turkish native or professional proficiency.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Patient-focused and professional; able to work in a team.
• Comfortable using basic computer applications and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain patient records.

• Assist the plastic surgeon and clinical team with daily patient coordination.
