Job summary

Dr. Semih Yıldız Clinic in Fatih, Istanbul seeks an International Patient Coordinator to manage patient records, scheduling, and communications throughout visits and procedures. You will support the clinical team and ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• English proficiency (good to advanced), both written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience; healthcare, medical aesthetics, or plastic surgery experience preferred.
• Turkish native or professional proficiency.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Patient-focused and professional; able to work in a team.
• Comfortable using basic computer applications and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain patient records.
• Schedule and manage consultations, procedures, surgeries, and follow-up appointments.
• Welcome patients and assist them throughout their clinic visits.
• Communicate with patients by phone and messaging regarding appointments, procedures, and follow-ups.
• Ensure consent forms and required documents are completed before procedures and surgeries.
• Collect and record patient payments.
• Check that required equipment and materials are ready before procedures.
• Organize daily patient flow and scheduling.
• Take and organize before-and-after patient photos.
• Assist the plastic surgeon and clinical team with daily patient coordination.
