Smilepod serves international patients from the UK, Ireland, Australia, the USA, Canada, and across Europe. The team is committed to high-quality care, clear communication, and a comfortable patient experience for individuals traveling abroad for dental treatment.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative & Patient Coordinator role based in Antalya. The role involves responding to inquiries from international patients, explaining treatment options, pricing, and procedures, and guiding patients through the decision-making process. Day-to-day tasks include managing calls, emails, and messaging apps, scheduling consultations and treatments, coordinating travel and appointment details, and maintaining accurate patient records.

The Sales Representative & Patient Coordinator supports patients throughout their journey, from initial contact to post-treatment follow-up, ensuring a smooth experience and high patient satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to align patient expectations with treatment plans and clinic capacity.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with international patients.
• Working closely with dentists, the clinical team, and other patient coordinators
• Sales and customer service abilities, including handling inquiries, presenting treatment options, and following up to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Organizational and coordination skills for managing schedules, appointments, travel logistics, and patient documentation.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages, especially European languages, are an advantage.
• Comfort using digital tools such as CRM systems, email platforms, messaging applications, and online scheduling tools.
• Experience in healthcare, dental tourism, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Antalya, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative teams.
