Hosfinder, a company operating in the medical tourism industry, is looking for a Field Staff / Patient Coordinator to coordinate and follow up on the treatment and surgical processes of our international patients in Istanbul.

• Coordinate and follow up on the hospital, clinic, and hotel arrangements of international patients.
• Welcome, accompany, and assist patients before and after their procedures.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between patients, doctors, hospitals, clinics, and the office team.
• Follow up on patients’ appointments, check-ups, consultations, and surgery schedules.
• Coordinate patient transfers and on-site arrangements when necessary.
• Communicate patients’ needs, requests, and concerns to the relevant departments in a timely manner.
• Respond quickly and take a solution-oriented approach to any issues that may arise during field operations.
• Provide the office team with regular updates on daily field operations and patient processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and confident in interpersonal communication.
