Job summary

Hyundai Motor UK Ltd. in Turkey seeks a maintenance engineer to provide technical solutions for production machines, troubleshoot issues, renew and upgrade as needed.

You will follow maintenance plans with spare parts, collaborate with team members, and drive improvements to increase line efficiency. The role requires a degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering and 2-3 years of relevant experience, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new maintenance

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 2-3 years experience in maintenance, production or utilities.
• Willingness to learn maintenance philosophy.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions for production machines including troubleshooting, renewal & upgrading.
• Follow maintenance plans including required spare parts, in cooperation with team members.
• Solve major technical, equipment or facilities problems to increase line efficiency.
• Analyze machine failures and root causes, take necessary actions to prevent line stops.
• Prepare and follow up KPI reports.
• Support the TPM approach for production facilities.

• Preferably 2-3 year's experience in maintenance, production or utility departments
• Flexible and able to adapt to learn maintenance philosophy
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
