Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and supervise electrical and automation maintenance activities while leading the maintenance team
• Manage electrical and automation installation and commissioning processes across the facility
• Maintain records related to utilities maintenance activities and equipment breakdowns
• Monitor shift reports and ensure effective coordination between departments
• Develop and implement energy-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives
• Manage planned, predictive, preventive, and periodic maintenance and inspection activities for machinery and facilities
• Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards and conduct risk assessments
• Supervise contractor activities and coordinate emergency response plans
