Job summary

Bosch Group in Manisa is seeking an Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to plan and execute maintenance on machines and equipment. The role involves participation in production transfer projects and taking an active role in machine construction and revision activities.

You will also manage spare parts, lead problem solving and technical improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a high-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in electrical- electronics or mechanical engineering.
• Experience with SAP maintenance module.
• Able to work under stress and maintain quality.
• Willing to learn new technologies.
• 2+ years of similar experience requested.

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance for machines and equipment (scheduled and unplanned).
• Contribute to production transfer projects focusing on new machinery maintenance.
• Lead machine construction and revision activities.
• Manage spare parts inventory.
• Lead problem solving and technical improvements.
