Job summary

Dentsu in Istanbul is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, implement and optimise paid search campaigns in line with the strategy, driving client performance and growth. You will lead day-to-day campaign execution, upload assets, supervise junior staff, liaise with vendors, and translate performance data into actionable insights for campaign success.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and optimising client campaigns.
• Ability to interpret performance reports and translate insights.
• Experience coaching and developing junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Implements and optimises client campaigns with direct input and supervises junior staff.
• Liaises with vendors and third-party reps to develop relationships and stay updated on new features.
• Interprets performance reports to provide actionable insights to meet campaign objectives.
• Coaches and develops junior staff, supervising their projects and day-to-day activities.
• Builds strong relationships across client services teams and with clients.
