Job summary

Danone Türkiye is seeking a Packaging Development Manager for the Lüleburgaz Plant. You will translate marketing ideas and consumer needs into technically industrialized packaging solutions and lead development of packaging concepts aligned with production realities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate pilot trials, and help ensure successful launches. Fluency in English and a strong background in packaging materials are essential for advancing Danone's dairy packaging

Translate marketing ideas and consumer needs into industrialized packaging solutions.
Lead development of packaging concepts considering finish products and materials.
Coordinate pilot trials and industrial testing; present analytical data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan launches.
Support production optimization and resolve packaging issues.
Build networks with suppliers and Danone Dairy R&I Pack teams.
