Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the Integrated Work Systems (IWS) Manager. Take this opportunity to GROW together!

Integrated Work Systems (IWS) Manager will be an individual contributor in this role and report to the Senior Integrated Work Systems (IWS) Manager. Be responsible for the following requirements:

The mission of the IWS Manager position is to lead the successful deployment and implementation of the Run to Target (RTT) and Integrated Work Systems (IWS) methodologies at our production sites, delivering breakthrough results, enhancing process reliability, and building self‑efficiency at both site and regional levels.

The IWS Manager will ensure that the site extends and expands RTT/IWS to all other lines, promoting a standardized, efficient, and sustainable operational model across the company.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a qualified IWS practitioner with extensive experience in implementing IWS methodologies.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong ability to influence plant managers, plant leadership teams, and directors as required.
• Exceptional skills in teaching, coaching, and developing others, with a focus on RTT/IWS methodologies.
• Credibility on the production floor, with a hands‑on approach and the ability to work closely with teams performing the work.
• Fluency in English & Turkish both spoken and written, is essential. Proficiency in the local language is highly desirable.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to listen actively, confront issues assertively, and convey information clearly.
• A deep passion for the work, with the ability to inspire and help others see the vision.
• Personally committed to self‑development and continuous improvement, staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices in IWS and RTT.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to use data to identify and eliminate process losses.
• Active and engaged on the production floor, continuously coaching and building capability.
• Proficient in using the Danone Library to retrieve IP and conduct assessments.
• Ability to implement standard RTT/IWS tools and methodologies consistently across different sites and regions.
• Significant operational experience, with the skills required for the specific phase of the plant or facility.
• Previous line assignment experience in manufacturing, with a solid understanding of production processes and challenges.
• By meeting these requirements, the RTT Coach will be well‑equipped to drive significant improvements in process reliability, productivity, and overall operational excellence, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and capability building within the organization.
