Job summary

Allianz in Istanbul seeks an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to join agile teams and drive end-to-end requirements gathering, design of optimal solutions, and UAT execution. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, strategic problem-solving, and excellent stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, Computer science or relevant fields.
• 10+ years of project management, consulting, analyst experience focusing on gathering and analyzing requirements and designing optimal solutions.
• Analytical approach to follow up operational KPIs for performance monitoring and design/improve processes to increase efficiency.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing projects and solving problems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong coordination skills and willingness to take responsibilities.
• Fluency in English.
• Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Working as a team member in agile project teams and taking product owner and scrum master responsibilities when it is requested/needed.
• Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements of the stakeholders and design the best solutions to meet their needs.
• Convert business requirements into technical software specifications and prepare high-quality design deliverables including process modelling, data modelling, and integration details.
• Support Product Owner and Key Business Resources to plan and execute UAT phases.
