Allianz Türkiye, Müşteri Değer Yönetimi Takımı üyesi arıyor. Pozisyon, müşteri iletişimi, kampanya yönetimi ve CRM süreçlerinde deneyim isteyen bir rol olup, pazarlama teknolojileri ile entegre çalışmayı içerir.

Raporlama ve veri analizi yetenekleri olan, MS Office konusunda yetkin adaylar arıyoruz. Esnek çalışma saatleri ve hibrit çalışma imkanı sağlanacaktır.

Qualifications

• İlgili lisans programından mezun olmanız gerekir.
• CRM, müşteri iletişimi, kampanya yönetimi veya pazarlama teknolojileri alanında deneyim.
• Sigorta sektöründeki gelişmeleri yakından takip etme becerisi.
• Raporlama ve veri analizi becerileri güçlü.
• MS Office uygulamalarında yeterlilik.
• Sistematik ve düzenli çalışma yeteneği.
• Seyahat engeli olmama.
• B sınıfı sürücü belgesi.
• Yapay zeka, veri analitiği, veri istihbaratı, yapay zeka/veri stratejisi ve ChatGPT konularında bilgi sahibi olunması.

Responsibilities

• Müşteri deneyimine uygun olarak e-posta, SMS ve diğer iletişim kanallarındaki iletileri inceleyerek etkilerini raporlama yoluyla geliştirmek.
• CRM, MarTech ve mevcut teknolojik kapasiteyi kullanarak iletişim süreçlerini daha verimli, güvenli ve sürdürülebilir şekilde yürütmek.
• Farklı ekiplerden gelen iletişim taleplerini değerlendirmek, gerekli yönlendirmeleri yapmak ve iletişim sürecini uçtan uca takip etmek.
• Müşteri iletişimi ve pazarlama süreçleri için proje ve geliştirme çalışmalarında aktif rol almak; analizlere destek olmak, kullanıcı kabul testleri ve canlı geçiş süreçlerini yönetmek.
• İlgili iş birimleri, pazarlama, teknoloji ve diğer paydaşlarla koordinasyon içinde iletişim süreçlerinde ortak standartların kurulmasına katkı sağlamak.

What do we expect you to bring?

• If you have graduated from a relevant undergraduate program at a university,


• If you have experience in CRM, customer communication, campaign management, or marketing technologies,


• If you closely follow developments in the insurance sector,


• If you possess strong reporting and data analysis skills,


• If you are proficient in MS Office applications,


• If you have the ability to work in a systematic and organized manner,


• If you have no travel restrictions,


• If you hold a Class B driver's license,


• If you are knowledgeable about artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, data intelligence, AI/data strategy, and ChatGPT.

How can you make an impact?

• Evaluating the communications made via e-mail, SMS and other customer communication channels in accordance with the customer experience, brand language and marketing approach, tracking their effectiveness and contributing to their development through reporting/analysis.


• Making use of CRM, MarTech and existing technological capabilities to carry out customer communication processes in a more efficient, secure and sustainable way; to contribute to the improvement of processes and the implementation of new communication capabilities.


• Reviewing customer communication requests from different teams, making the necessary referrals and following the communication process from end to end.


• Taking an active role in project and development studies for customer communication and marketing processes; supporting analysis, user acceptance tests and live transition processes.


• To contribute to the establishment of common standards in customer communication processes and the development of processes by working in coordination with relevant business units, marketing, technology and other stakeholders.
