Job summary

Trendyol HR is seeking a data-driven HR Analyst to track attendance and reservation data, build insights from large datasets, and deliver actionable reports. You will design complex Excel formulas, coordinate with internal teams, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• As part of the Future of Work (FOW) initiative, regularly tracking, reporting, and analyzing the team’s office attendance and reservation data, and deriving forward-looking insights,
• Ability to work quickly and in an action- and insight-driven manner with large datasets. Ability to create complex formulas in Excel/Gsheet, perform analyses, and interpret data,
• Thorough understanding of the systems and infrastructure details used in the process, expertise and agility in using tools,
• Regularly tracking FOW KPIs, coordinating with internal teams on risky issues or matters requiring action,
• Analyzing issues raised in tickets, following up on necessary actions, and ensuring processes run smoothly,
• Maintaining strong communication with different teams to track work and, when necessary, proactively driving the process forward to ensure actions are completed,
• Identifying opportunities for improving and automating operational processes and implementing them in collaboration with relevant teams.

Expected Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of a department such as Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics,
• With at least 1 year of experience,
• Proficient in English at an advanced level and able to use it actively,
• Hardworking, highly resilient, and strong at following through on tasks,
• Able to establish strong cause-and-effect relationships, an analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills,
• Strong in data analysis and reporting, with a knack for working with large datasets and deriving insights from data,
• 1–2 years of experience in HR, particularly in data, process design, and systems thinking, is preferred.
