Job summary

ING is seeking a senior analytics strategy professional based in ING Hubs Türkiye to shape analytics and AI governance across Europe. You will work with Chief Analytics Officers and senior stakeholders to drive strategy, operating models, and portfolio management in a regulated, global banking environment.

The role combines strategy, transformation, and governance with exposure to senior decision-making and cross-country initiatives within ING Analytics Office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in consulting, strategy, transformation, analytics, or program management.
• Master's degree in Engineering, CS, Economics, Econometrics, Business or related field.
• Experience managing complex projects or transformation initiatives.
• Fluent English (C1) communication required.
• Experience in analytics, data, AI, governance in financial services is a plus.

Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence are transforming how organizations operate, make decisions, and create value.

At ING, we're building a data-driven organization at scale. As part of the ING Analytics Office, you'll work at the heart of this transformation-helping shape analytics strategy, AI governance, operating models, and strategic priorities across ING's global Analytics organization.

Working alongside Chief Analytics Officers, Tribe Leads, and senior stakeholders, you'll help define how analytics capabilities evolve across multiple countries, business domains, and strategic initiatives.

Why This Role Is Different

This isn't a traditional consulting role and it isn't a typical analytics role.

Instead of advising multiple external clients, you'll help shape the long-term analytics and AI strategy of one of Europe's leading financial institutions. You'll move beyond recommendations and become part of the team responsible for turning strategy into execution.

About the Role

Based in ING Hubs Turkiye , you'll join the ING Analytics Office , a globally operating team supporting ING's Chief Analytics Officers and Tribe Leads across ING's international organization.

You will help drive analytics strategy, organizational transformation, portfolio management, strategic partnerships, AI governance initiatives, and operational excellence across ING Analytics.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, transformation, and analytics, providing exposure to senior decision‑making while supporting some of ING's most important data and AI initiatives.

Our hybrid working model is designed to balance collaboration, innovation, and personal flexibility. Team members typically come together in our Vadistanbul office for two days per week during three weeks of the month, while one week each month is fully remote.

As part of the ING Analytics Office, you’ll help shape how Analytics and AI are governed, prioritized, and scaled across ING.

Your work may include:

• Analytics and AI strategy development.

Shaping AI in a Regulated Environment

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, analytics, or program management.
• A Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Econometrics, Business, or a related field.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• A structured problem‑solving mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Fluent English communication skills (C1 level or above).
• Experience in analytics, data, AI, governance, financial services, or consulting practices focused on technology and transformation will be considered an advantage.
