Job summary

Cornerstone International Group Türkiye is seeking an Operations Manager to lead multiple operational teams, drive service levels, and deliver measurable improvements across processes, automation, and digital transformation. The role reports to General Manager in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and offers direct exposure to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in operations management, strong analytics and English fluency,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, customer operations or service operations.
Previous experience in dynamic, customer-centric and high-growth environments.
Proven people management experience with multiple teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience managing KPIs, SLAs and operational performance.
Exposure to process optimization, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day operations and support teams.
Ensure delivery of operational KPIs and service levels.
Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and implement automation and AI-enabled operational solutions.
Build, coach and motivate high-performing teams.
