Job summary

Volt Lines is seeking an ambitious Operational Excellence Associate to help shape the future of urban mobility in Istanbul. You will design and continuously optimize routes to maximize efficiency, fleet utilization, and service quality, while supporting cost control and performance reporting.

You will work with suppliers, drivers and operations to ensure compliance with company standards and contribute to launching new services like DRT and Marketplace, driving data-driven decisions across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in City and Regional Planning, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in planning, optimization, or data analysis, preferably within transportation or logistics.
• Strong understanding of transportation systems, efficiency metrics, and cost optimization strategies.
• Ability to understand and work with complex datasets to make informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with different teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Route Planning & Optimization: Design and continuously optimize routes to maximize operational efficiency, fleet utilization, and service quality.
• Cost Control & Financial Performance: Monitor operational costs, validate financial data, and identify opportunities to improve regional profitability.
• Supplier & Operational Compliance: Ensure supplier, driver, and fleet operations meet company standards while tracking key operational performance metrics.
• Launch & Implementation: Support new customer launches by coordinating operational readiness, standardizing processes, and ensuring a smooth transition into daily operations.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze operational performance, monitor KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to support regional decision-making.
