Job summary

Kron in Istanbul is seeking an Expert Operations & Delivery Engineer to support Kron solutions deployed for telecom operators and large enterprise customers. You will troubleshoot production issues, analyze Java logs, and help maintain system reliability across global deployments.

Responsibilities include creating and enforcing operational processes, guiding teams, and coordinating with local and international customers. Travel to multiple sites will be required to ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of enterprise system and software support experience with focus on Java application log analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigation in production environments.
• Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix environments, including Unix commands and bash scripting.
• Experience working in a 24/7 production environment and with external customers/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support Kron solutions deployed for operators and enterprise customers to solve problems across products.
• Create and maintain high standards of operational excellence in global systems support.
• Oversee effectiveness and success of all system support services.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and training plans for resource administration and proper usage.
• Provide guidance and technical expertise on system issues.
• Communicate effectively with local and global customers and vendors.
