SAILNSTAY is seeking an Onboard Representative to be the face of the cruise experience aboard our 7-day voyages along the Turkish coastline. You will guide guests from arrival to departure, ensuring safety briefings, itineraries, and a seamless stay.

Key duties include welcoming guests, delivering daily updates, solving issues, coordinating with crew, and organizing activities. English is essential; Turkish helps. Onboard lodging and meals provided.

Qualifications

• English language skills required; Turkish knowledge advantageous.
• Ability to manage up to 20 guests and coordinate activities.
• Strong customer care and hospitality mindset.
• Effective communication with guests and crew.
• Willingness to participate in first aid and customer care training.

Role Overview

As an Onboard Representative, you’ll be the face of SAILNSTAY, responsible for guest assistance, guidance, and overall satisfaction throughout our 7-day cruises. Collaborating closely with the ship’s captain and crew, you’ll ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Welcome & Orientation: Greet guests upon arrival and provide comprehensive briefings about the yacht’s amenities, safety protocols, and itinerary.
• Daily Updates: Deliver timely information regarding daily schedules, excursions, and onboard activities.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve guest issues or concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Coordination with Crew: Liaise between guests and the yacht’s crew to ensure smooth operations and communication.
• Activity Organization: Arrange and oversee onboard events, excursions, and other guest activities.
