Job summary

SAILNSTAY is seeking an Onboard Representative to be the face of the cruise experience aboard our 7-day voyages along the Turkish coastline. You will guide guests from arrival to departure, ensuring safety briefings, itineraries, and a seamless stay.

Key duties include welcoming guests, delivering daily updates, solving issues, coordinating with crew, and organizing activities. English is essential; Turkish helps. Onboard lodging and meals provided.

Qualifications

• English language skills required; Turkish knowledge advantageous.
• Ability to manage up to 20 guests and coordinate activities.
• Strong customer care and hospitality mindset.
• Effective communication with guests and crew.
• Willingness to participate in first aid and customer care training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and brief them on yacht amenities and itinerary.
• Provide daily updates on schedules, excursions, and onboard activities.
• Address guest issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
• Coordinate with crew to ensure smooth operations and communication.
• Organize onboard events and excursions for guests.
