Pernod Ricard Türkiye is seeking an experienced On-Trade Area Manager to lead and develop the Ankara and Eskişehir field sales team, delivering sustainable growth while upholding premium standards. You will drive flawless execution of plans, manage key accounts, and collaborate with marketing and supply teams to tailor local activations.

The role requires 5+ years in sales, including 2–3 in on-trade or FMCG, plus supervisory experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Ankara & Eskişehir on-trade field sales team.
• Drive sales execution and improve field operations.
• Strengthen relationships with key on-trade customers and ensure premium brand presentation.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Supply teams.
• Ensure compliance, reporting, and market intelligence in line with local regulations.
