Spektrum delivers end-to-end CIS services to NATO CIS Support Units and leads on-site teams in complex environments. The On-site Service Manager coordinates day-to-day operations, overseeing user services, infrastructure, logistics and engineering, reporting into the Service Delivery Manager.

This is a key personnel role requiring clear communication and leadership. Izmir, Türkiye-based, with travel to Ankara and other NATO locations as needed.

Formación

• Degree or vocational qualification in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least five years in IT operations or service delivery with on-site teams of up to ~30 people.
• Good ITIL/ITSM knowledge; experience with SLA and KPI management.
• Knowledge of Cisco network equipment and Microsoft technologies.
• Previous experience in a multinational and military environment.
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with NATO CoI services and cyber security concepts is a plus.
• Working proficiency in English; Turkish language skills are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day on-site service operations against SLA, problems and events.
• Coordinate delivery functions, assign practitioners to Task Orders, direct support tasks.
• Coordinate engineering and CIS matters with the agency and customer; advise on CIS support.
• Plan rosters and shift coverage (including 24/7 and surge) with zero gaps.
• Ensure quality of change, configuration, release and asset management; create SOPs.
• Act as escalation level 1 on site and monitor performance with corrective actions.
• Run quality control so each unit of work passes acceptance tests.
• Provide daily operational reporting and contribute to monthly lessons learned.
• Manage onboarding, site induction, security and access for on-site staff.
