Qualifications

• Experience with reservations and airline ticketing using booking software.
• Excellent customer service and communication to manage guest expectations.
• Sales skills with upselling and cross-selling to convert inquiries.
• Attention to detail in data entry, documentation and scheduling.
• Proficiency in office tools; hospitality or travel industry experience is a plus.
• On-site availability in Antalya and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Turkish fluency and good English or other foreign language skills preferred.
