The company focuses on the concept of “Tourism Health,” supporting travelers throughout the entire journey, from travel agencies and insurance providers to hotels, hospitals, and other tourism partners. ANTlink assists insured and non-insured travelers in Türkiye using an extensive network of hospitals, clinics, ambulance and funeral services, transfer companies, and hotels. The agency offers flight ticketing, hotel reservations in major resort areas not only in Antalya also in all over the world. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Agent role based in Antalya. The Travel Agent will handle day-to-day travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and other services for individual travelers, health tourists, and partners. Responsibilities include managing reservations, coordinating travel case needs, arranging car rentals and transfers, and ensuring accurate documentation and itineraries. The role involves regular customer interaction to provide information, resolve issues, and recommend suitable travel options aligned with ANTlink’s Tourism Health focus. The Travel Agent will collaborate with hotels, airlines, transfer companies and other stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality service and maintain detailed records in agency systems.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Reservations and Travel Arrangements, including flight, hotel, and transfer bookings.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to support travelers in sensitive situations and handle inquiries professionally.
• Candidates should possess practical experience with Car Rental and related ground transportation coordination.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including recommending services, upselling relevant options, and meeting booking targets.
• Relevant qualifications such as experience in travel agencies or tourism, familiarity with GDS or airline booking systems, and knowledge of medical or health tourism are beneficial.
• Strong communication skills in English and Turkish, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse partners are highly valued.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with reservation platforms and CRM tools are required; additional foreign language skills are a plus.
