• Strong Communication skills to create clear messaging, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and interact with residents and partners.
• Social Media Marketing to manage channels, create content, and track engagement and campaign performance.
• Sales-related skills to support promotional activities, assist in lead generation, and align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
• Relevant experience in real estate, hospitality, or premium residential services is beneficial.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic marketing tools and software are preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Antalya, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a dynamic, technology-oriented environment.
